Power Divider

This macro is intended to be used together with the standard me10 construction
line or create menu And will put a new button on line 6 of the construction menu.

Input file:  'drive:/path/divider_help.mac'

The Macro can be run by either typing "DVD" or by picking the
new button on line 6 in the construction line menu "PWR DVD".

This macro allows the user to offset construction lines and geometry by  
varying amounts of a known value. By picking "Half" you will get one half 
of the value you input and so on.

Pick the operation first (parallel construction) then fraction ("x"/3)and the 
offset will be a fraction of (1/3) what was entered.
