Outside transparent part

Sorry for my bad English.
How can i make trasparent a part in Annotation, like it was glass made, so I can see throug it the other part, as the outside part had hidden lynes and the inside part had visible lynes?

I usually do this operation using two view with different appear, but it's a trick, I ask if I can do it with a command.
