Unhappy FE analysis - clash

I make a test of FE modul.

I find a problem: there is a clash whem the parts are deformed. This a not real codition because the part 1 must stop on part 2 and follow it.

I try by a mating ralation between the frontal face of part 1 and the rear face of part 2 but the result is not real because the face aren't stuck.

Someone know the just way?

thank.

Re: FE analysis - clash

I don't think you can use FE Analysis for your geometry. Analysis of contact behavior usually requires non-linear support and special "contact" elements or some way to define contact between surfaces. FE Analysis only supports linear analysis and has no way to define contact.
