SD Annotation: Load Any MI File As Frame

Add a button to the Create Drawing and Modify Frame/Change Type forms which allows ANY MI file to be loaded as the Frame from the File Browser. Many users here prefer to create and load their own Frames. There is a process to do this via Sketch to Frame, but it is very tedious.
