Lost connection to ME-10 after using Annotation module

Happy New Year everyone!

After using Annotation module to create an exploded view I need to transfer the view to ME-10. The problem is, that using LAYOUT_TO_DOC :LAYOUT doesn't work like normal. It seems like the connection to ME-10 is gone. I have to shut down ME-10 and restart to be able to transfer the layout.

What gets turned off by Annotation?
What command can I use to re-establish the link to ME-10 without having to shut it down and restart?

Thanks for any help with this.

Re: Lost connection to ME-10 after using Annotation module

I discovered that if I unload the Annotation Module, all of the previous settings are restored, so I am able to transfer to ME-10 once again. This also means that everything in Annotate has to be saved before it gets dumped.
I am still curious as to what the command is, to allow me tro trnasfer without unloading Annotate.
