Annot. / associativity of centre lines and symm. lines shoulld be restorable

During the update of a drawing sometimes the center lines and symetry lines lose their associativity to the geometry ( and become red ). All attached dimensions have to be created again.
It should be able to restore this associativity. ( Its possible to do this with dimensions, so why not with center lines and sym. lines ?)
