Add Auto Orientation Option to Annotation and Drafting Printing

For printing drawings from Annotation and Drafting it would be handy to have and "Auto" orientation option which would print either Portrait or Landscape depending on the aspect ratio of the sheet. Sheets which are taller than they are wide should print Portrait. Sheets which are wider than they are tall should print Landscape. When printing a multisheet drawing each should would be oriented independently.

The Auto option should be an addition to the Orientation options. Portrait and Landscape should be retained to force those orientations when desired.
