Annotation- staggered lines (Done in OSDM 2005)

It would be nice if the staggered dimension line issue could be resolved. With staggered lines, when views with part modifications are updated, the staggered lines get reset which is very frustrating on large drawings.

Especially since it doesn't seem consistent, with only some staggers getting reset and not others. Well, at least it's the same ones resetting each time.

I think this issue is related to the coordinate dimension bug. Update a drawing with coordinate dimensions on it and the coordinate dimensions jump all over the drawing. Well, most of them do. Also, if you extend part of a circular centerline that a coordinate dimension is attached to you get the same effect.

Stagger has been completly redesigned for 13.00 and should work a lot better than ever before. Please report problems you find in this area for 13.00 or later versions...
