Dual CPU Support

Most of my machines have dual CPU.
I would love to see SMP support added to Modeling and Annotation.

In fact, with technologies such as Intel's hyperthreading, even systems with one physical CPU will be able to exploit parallelism. This is typically most effective and useful when running several apps at the same time, but nevertheless we are investigating in this direction.

We recently upgraded several users to Xeon systems which support hyperthreading. If anything hyperthreading may have slowed the viewbench test ever so slightly. Considering the close relation between processor and graphics speed this could be a big benefit.
