"MESTARTUP" for custom startup files

To make it easier to configure different startup routines for the same ME10 installation it would be nice with the environment variable "MESTARTUP". This would give the name of the startup file to be read by ME10F. The default would obviously be "startup", but could be redefined to "quickstartup" for example. (This would probably be most useful under Windows.)
