Dimensioning to the Center of a Slot

Having the functionality to be able to dimension to the center of a slot. At this time, one can only dimension to one or the other radial center. CNC pprogramming for punches etc.. I believe use the center of the punch as the C/L. This function should be there for square or rectangular punching also.
