Angry About the BUG of Mold Design Module !!!

About the BUG of Mold Design Module !!!

The same part.
The same parting line.
The same Core and Cavity Feature.

I wanna to fill one hole of Part.
(See Attached Pictures)

In the version 11.65 is OK.
But.
In the version 12.01 is NOT OK!!!

Somebady in CoCreate Can Tell me Why?
Why does this happen?
And How to solve it?
Waiting for new version to solve this bug?
(The other BUGS are still exist, I will post these later.)

Also remain this OSD Package Part to Provide the evidence to prove this BUG.
(Due to the size and copyright, I'll section this part, remain the where the problem is.)
(There is file size limit in the forum.
So, if someone need the OSD part to test, tell me, I'll deliver it via E-mail.)

I suggest to run the part checker on the model before trying to fill the hole.

> Somebady in CoCreate Can Tell me Why?

If you want CoCreate to tell you what's happening, submit the problem (including the model data) to CoCreate support. This is the best way to make sure that your problem is investigated by us.

Remember, this is not an official CoCreate forum; some CoCreate employees happen to watch this space, but they do so on their own time.

Of Course I had checked this part.
This is an easier part.
I am sure that is NOT the problem with the part.
(Assume the Part with some Error, but still weird in 11.6 is OK, but 12.01 is Not.)

So you checked the part, but from what you wrote I'm not sure what the result was - did the part checker find problems?

If the part has a problem, but filling the hole worked in 11.6x, chances are you were just lucky. But I am speculating here; without the model, it is hard to say what is going on.

Sorry,

Claus

SORRY , I didn't say it clearly.
There is No Error in the part.

Otherwise, because of the size limit here, I cannot attach the file.
And I have said that if convenient I can deliver it via Email.
Thanks.
(May be it is not the right place to talk about it?)

I don't think I will have the time to debug into the issue. I suggest you submit the problem to CoCreate support so that it can be investigated in more detail.

Sorry,
Claus
