Reset all Settings to Default

Is there a way I can take all the settings back to default (the one which comes when CoCreate is installed) ? I clicked on some setting, and now when I create a new file, I no longer the default part & default workplane.

Go into "Edit > Settings > System settings".

Select the "Startup" tab and turn your part and workplane back on.

Gary's reply will fix the problem that you mentioned, but if you really want to go back to the default state you can try...

Edit, Settings, UI Settings
Click Customizations on the left then Reset Settings...
