Tutorials not seen

Being a newbie with Co-Create I have down loaded and unzipped the 'Ten Tutorials' but on double clicking the .chm file I get the the index for the tutorials on the left but where the tutorial information should be on the right I get the 'Page Not found' error.
As all the other .chm files associated with co-create do work why might I be getting this error please?

I thought .chm files were totally self contained - or am I mistaken in that?

My guess is that the .chm files are located on a network drive. See the link below for the details.

The chm file is not located on a network drive, they are local to the machine - however, the fault is related to that notice from Microsoft. The workaround is to uncheck the 'Ask before opening this type of file' from the dialog box that pops up. Still puzzled as to why the other chm files are OK though.
