Export all .mi nested (MM 2007)

I'd like to export all .mi files nested into an assembly but I don't know the right way. If I right click the assembly and then select "export" MM exports only the assembly; if open all the assembly's tree, select all the elements and right click "export" MM begins to export but immediately stops with a lot of "overwrite" errors.
