Using position flags with ModelManager?

Hello,

I'm using CoCreate Modeling 18.1 with ModelManager 18.
When I make a assembly annotation and create position flags then I can see throu colors witch parts needs a position flag.
When I use the same assembly (annotation) again by making a copy (one level) with one part diferent from the first annotation and I try to place the new position flag, all the parts become the same color as the new part and it's also possible to place a new position flag to a excisting part wich allready has a position flag.
Is there any way to preserve the excisting position flag??

Please help.

With kind regards,

Marco Besselink
