CoCreate PE still function?

Has CoCreate PE stopped functioning? I haven't used it for 6 months and now I can't get any activation code , just an empty box where the activation code should be with a blinking cursor.
Do I have to download Creo instead? Is there any way of actually asking PTC what's happening? I can't find any references to its demise on the web , but I don't have the account privileges to post a ticket.
Any help appreciated
