LAW / Math input (Done in CoCreate Modeling 2008)
within some other 3D Software it's possible to create a LAW or use a mathematical input/definiton for defining specific geometry
for instance for creating geometry similar to curved spring washers or a Moebius-loop maybe it's an additional Idea? Greetzz Driqus |

Re: LAW / Math input
Yep i know it can be done (for some time) within CATIA & Pro/E, in fact the so-called "Moebius-loop" was one of the exercises in a CATIA training which I followed for about 15 years ago...
but to be honnest how often do you need this functionality??? so it's nice to have, but nut of high importnce... to my humble opinion... Cheers & Greeting Woody

Re: LAW / Math input
Its possible in Version16/2008:
Search for "functional curve" and "parametric curves" |
