Attaching one view to another

It would be nice to be able to make one view the "owner" of another view. This would be nice for reference parts. Currently we make a view of the reference parts, convert it to a sketch, and attach that sketch to the "parent" view.

The problem, the sketch does not update with the drawing if the reference parts are modified.

If we could make one view the "owner" of another, the views would move togehter, and we do not have to add parts to an assembly that should not be there just to have the reference parts show up in a view. Also we would not have to create containers owned by an assembly for these reference parts.
