Error conversion Mi to Dwg
Hi,
I have a macro doing conversion from Mi to Dwg. It's running, but sometimes, there is an error message ("consersion problem... see log file") and the macro stop. Is it possible to disable this error message, ? Is it possible that the macro continuous the conversion? Thanks |

Re: Error conversion Mi to Dwg
Try TRAP_ERROR and CHECK_ERROR.
TRAP_ERROR will trap a system error which otherwise would cause a program termination. CHECK_ERROR kicks out a 0 = no error OR 1 = error. Calling CHECK_ERROR resets the TRAP_ERROR toggle back to 0. If you don't care an error occured just call on CHECK_ERROR to reset the toggle or assign CHECK_ERROR to variable or use it in a conditional statement to check and see if an error occured and give feedback. A quick and dirty example: DEFINE Something TRAP_ERROR < do something > { use this when you don't care if an error } { occured and you just want to continue } CHECK_ERROR or { assign to a variable } LET A (CHECK_ERROR) or { use when you care an error occured and } { you want to do something else } IF (CHECK_ERROR = 1) DISPLAY 'ERROR OCCURED' ELSE { if check_error produce a 0 code } DISPLAY 'NO ERROR OCCURED' END_IF END_DEFINE Hope this helps. |

Thanks for your help. It's ok.
No more error during conversion. |
