No valid license found

Hi,
Sorry to stir up an old topic but I'm really having difficulty in getting the program to run.
At startup I get the above message with no means to rectify the issue.
My setup is XP Pro 64 SP3 on a MSI mb with a dual AMD processor and 4GB of RAM and a reliable internet connection via Firefox.
I have AVG antivirus and Malwarebytes anti-malware.
I don't have Spyware doctor or whatever on my system.
Reinstallation did not work.
Ditto after disabling AVG and Malwarebytes.
The relevant registry entry for Creo Elements shows no value for the settings.
Searching for a solution the following link is referred to
http://apps.cocreate.com/OneSpaceMod...osts=1&start=1
but it does not work.
I'm out of ideas now and need some help...
Anyone, please?
Martin
