I am in need of help.
On the site where the renaming Lisp is coming from, there is another Lisp which exchanges shared parts.
This has the possibility to update all copies without individual selection.
If you want to check it out:

Look for "replace_parts.lsp"
You have a choice of only one, all or selection.
