One direction Move and NOT Symmetrical Move in Annotation 3D

Excuse for my bad English.
If I want to modify an annotation in Modeling I see only the option "symmetrical move" that change the position of both the reference element, I look for a command that move the annotation in one direction but I don't find it.

To move just one end, click close to the arrow on that one end. Then you can either drag the arrow or type the new dimension into the box.
