ME10W: add inquire/edit geometry/text w/ right cli
 

ME10 windows need the ability to right click on a given element/geometry/text. This would bring up a editor box with the settings for this feature. It would allow you to alter the settings for the feature. example: linetype , color, text, text size, font, layer. This should also be able to be used as a multiple select (box or shift select).
