I need a macro that will help me to do a double-entry for any expenses that are incurred by department 1010502.Which is debit(40)162011 & credit (50)162012 with the amount incurred ($300).this entry should not override any existing content,but to move them below to make space for 2 rows needed.The double-entry will copy the same description as the one entered for department 1010502.Could u tell me a complete vba source code that can solve my problem.
