Can't find licences after LAN card crash

Dear all,

I'm new of this forum, I couldn't go through all posts so please forgive me if I ask directly, maybe someone can help me . Yesterday the integrated LAN crashed and disappeared totally from PC. I installed immediately a new PCI LAN and now I'm online again but Drafting and Modeling can't find valid licences anymore (because of Hardware ID change I suppose).

The Company that sold me the licences is no more active.

Is there any possible procedure ?

Hello Carlo,

Yes, take contact to PTC and tell them your case.

If you have purchased your license duly, normally they can transfer the license to a new network card if you prove that the old card no longer works.
If you do not have a support contract that will probably cost something.

Which version are you using? Hopefully not too old.
