I have started a blog entry about "CoCreate Modeling PE" at the "engineering exchange".

I would add there some more learning resources.

Does anybody know some more ?

Thanls

Unfortunately there are not many learning resources available for Modeling other than PTC's live classes and eLearning both of which are probably too expensive (> $1000) for someone interested in free CAD. No one has published tutorial books similar to those available for ProE, SolidWorks, etc. The manuals provided as part the live training are pretty good and someone could learn a lot by working through them self paced but PTC does not sell those manuals.

See this thread for more info on official PTC training options.

Before the CoCreate website fully closed down, I snagged several dozen of the on-line flash-player training files. Of course this is for release 15.xx, but in general they can help. Toshi also has a few more of these files too.

John, I would agree with you that the cost from PTC to self learn CoCreate PE doesn't justify using something you need to bang your head around trying to use. SolidWorks comes with a built-in hands-on tutorial to get the new users off and running quickly. And it's part of the package on the install CD/DVD.
