View Full Version : My account isn't recognized!

I've been using PE for a few months , loving it and have drawings ready for prototype , but having been away a while I've come back and can't get into my software. I get asked for my email and password to activate and then I'm told that there is no such account and therefore no valid licence. I've checked that I'm using the right email address and this is the one my
registration information was initially sent to , and I'm still receiving PTC marketing blurb at this address , but it's not accepted for activation . I've emailed PTC but haven't had any response as yet , anyone with similar issues out there ?

If you don't get an answer here you can also try the Modeling PE forum which was setup by CoCreate to provide support for the Personal Edition.

You might want to read through the Is CoCreate site down? thread in this forum. Not the same problem but some of the tips from Claus may help.

Sorry , that was an easy fix , I just had to go and re-create my account ... had me worried though , must remember to save files to somewhere !!
