Has anybody used the FEA for a press fit analysis? What I'm doing is using a enforced displacement load and then constraining one end of the bushing so that it can deform in the radial direction only. The results I'm getting are a bit strange. I get a ridge that looks like it's buckling about 120deg from a lubrication groove. See the attached picture.
