Workmanager - Error when loading drawings

Hello,

We are currently using Workmanager and for some drawings (about 5%), we get an error message when trying to load the dwg in ME10. The message is "Could not copy the file 'H6LCTJ......' from the source directory on the server" .

The drawing can't be open so we have to get it using a backup. The metadatas can be viewed in WM.

I don't see a reason why it's not all drawings but some of them...
Would you have an idea of what is occurring?

It seems your drawing is missing from the vault
or you don't access the vault correctly
You should drive a careful inspection of your database and vault.
