I don't really remember if I have changed any setting of the sheet metal relief tool.
But every click oh the tool action give me this warning dialog.
How can I stop telling me, this dialog warning me?
Thank you.

If you did not manipulate files in your installation directory you can try to start a 'naked' customize free Modeling, load the sheet metal model do same action to see whether this message still pops up.

http://osd.cad.de/tricks.en.htm#14, use batch described in 2nd half of chapter.

--------------------------------------------

If you did manipulate files in your installation directory, you should be punished!

Figure out which files you damaged by looking for files in install dir and below which are newer than the installation date. Replace those files with the original ones. If nothing helps: deinstall and install again. This is part of penalty.

When I rename the modified directory, then the error dialog disappears.
I copied some files from modified one to the default one, the error dialog showed up again.
I could not locate which part of my file is affecting....
At least, I don't deserve to the punishment but I seem to be in ditch now.

I would start by looking at the files you copied from the modified directory.

And, based on the error message, I would concentrate on corner relief tools and/or any tools you configured as a default tool.

Thanks, Mike.
As you mentioned, I would do the same, if I did something about sheet metal.
The problem is if it's been done, it must have been done by accident.
Because I have never even cared about it's existence. I usually don't care about sheet metal functionality.

And the term 'default corner relief tool' doesn't ring a bell.
I have no idea about it.

It's like a confirmation dialog box when we terminate Modeling, I just keep pressing OK when I use sheet metal....

( I went to work even on Saturday because I am running out of time!!! )
( And I have good couple of hundreds of parts to be annotated!!!!)
