model manager 15.50b INSTALL QUESTION

I have one question about model manager.
My operation system is XP SP2 (SIMPLY CHINESE)
My oracle is 10.2.0.2.20 edition,
After install oracle, I restart my computer.
When I install Model Manager 15.50,
It’s error.
But in 15.00 editions, it is ok.
So I don’t know WHY?

Look at .\Onespace Manager 2007\doc\C\readme\platform.html(I look at this file with relese 15.50 but maybe is the same) in Database Server Section.
I think that Oracle 10g is not supported with Win XP.Only Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Express Edition is supported.

The error message indicated a problem connecting to the DB server. You would have to review the log files and trace files in the install directory to discover why the server cannot be contacted. Also check the event viewer and services panel. There are times when Oracle does not come up quickly enough for the DB server to make connection.

i have asked technical adviser of COCREATE.
and he tell me that 15.50 don't support SIMPLE CHINESE OS.
and 16.Xx will support it.
