We have seen this message in Support at CoCreate when people use Shell elements and have very tight radius bends (for example in sheetmetal parts) - there are improvements planned for 15.50 and 16.0 releases to address this problem. As a workaround try making your default mesh finer, especially on radiused surfaces.
