If I make a Threaded Hole (through hole) in a part when the opposite face is conical the operation corrupt the part. If the opposite face is a planar face it's all right.
Is this a bug?

From what you describe it sounds like a defect. However, it appears to have been fixed. What version of Modeling are you currently using?
