Simple question - All around arrow leader of GD&T sign

Hi All,

I have tried many times to find out "All around" Ref. Line from my OSD 2005 but I can't do it. Does OSD 2005 have this function? Please have your time to check out the attachment.

Note: We just introduce ASME Y14.5 into our 2D drawings.

Simple answer: no, it doesn't. neither OSDM 2005 nor 2006.
