Hi all,
I have a problem with TIFF loading in ME10 version 13.20 on windows xp. I have a bunch of old drawings scanned in as TIFF files. They used to load up without error 100% of the time. But recently, Some have been failing to load. The funny thing is they work on other machines, or work on the same machine after a reboot.
I get the following error:
***Cannot load image file 'c:\me10\tmp\filename' (see file 'log')
The contents of this 'log' file look like this:
Load TIFF translation log file 31-May-2006 15:26:19
Loading file : c:\me10\tmp\filename
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Error: Unsupported image format
I can see no pattern as to which files will load and when. Every time I try to load one up on my own machine to test out the issue, they always work. I'm really baffled. If anyone has any clues, I'd be very greatful.
