Predefined texts

I have set pre-defined texts in the am_customize file:
(docu-set-predef-values :text :text (list "Preliminary" "Confidential" "3D Model exist" "......"))
but I don't know in which way I can use this list to write a new text or modify an existing one.

.. and in modify text, too.

You will see a tiny table near the text editor of OSDM. There you can select the text from, which is used then.

I can see the table only in crate new text, but in modify I really can't find this tiny table...could you tell me more about it?
