Similar command to Xref

Can anyone tell me if ME10 has a similar command to Xref in Autocad??? I would like to be able to update a part or sub part automatically every time a drawing is opened without having to load the sub part again.

This is not possible in me10. :(
OSDM in combination with MM does this very well! :)
I still have hope that CoCreate will make this for drafting as well.
