Projected view in Annotation

Would like to see in the View menu a view that would create a projected view that is parallel to a particular face, similar to Section view except this view is projected off a face or surface that you need to dimension features off of.
See attached jpeg file below of Projected view.
This additional View could be in the View menu along with Standard, Section and Detail.

I take it this is in lieu of using a General View and selecting Normal to the face in question? I would think it'd result in the same number of button clicks, though.
