assign references from OSDD into titleblock

Hi all
I'm using release 13.20.
Assigning references into titleblock fron ME10,there aren't references to change notes(there are references to Part class and doc class)

I could not find it either but text references are simply info attributes attached to the text. I have done the following and it worked :

- Load any of the CoCreate title block drawings
- Show vertices to see change notes locations - there are 8 of them
- Show text info attributes of the particular change note
- Copy and paste the same attribute to your own text entries
