Detail border edge

Typically, detail border edge in detail view is only displayed where part is "sectioned". Can user control to have complete detail border loop in detail view, as displayed in parent view? :rolleyes:

I found the option works for only cutaway border, no effect on detail border edge. Am I right? (Fyi, i'm using v13.20.)
