Annotation Envronment Settings

:) Due to not receiving a response to this question I will rephrase:

Can anyone advise if a service is available to convert "One Space Designer Drafting 2004 12.01C" environment file (environment.m) into a "One Space Designer Annotation 2004 12.01C" environment file (am_customize.m)?

If not, instructions or a help guideline in how to complete this would be appreciated. I just need a general direction on how these settings are
entered into the system in under the annotation module.

Can anyone please advise if there is a way of easily converting
our "One Space Designer Drafting" Environment file into an
am_customize file?

We would like to make the move to using SD Annotation for
drafting in place of using "One Space Designer Drafting.

I think that the only way to do this is to print both environment
files and compare the settings.
