GDI Printer Properties Error

When I plot a drawing to A3 size paper in Annotator v13.01, I tried click plot-->select the proper A3 printer which is HP LaserJet 5100. But When I click the properties icon in the right of the printer name, No Printer properties configue window popup as in Annotation v11. I captured a picture as the attachment.
Can someone pleaese help or advise?

It's a bug in v13.01 corrected in 13.20

Annotation BNHY3T5G2T3KQY Properties of printer driver doesn't open from Anno 13.20
Annotation BOB3JGH62T3KQY Printer Properties are not shown if the printer is connect via a network 13.20
