Hi,
we often have to do a LOT of coordinate dimensioning on large Flat Views. For that reason I already made a tool that allows people to pick the datum point by pressing a keyboard command. However, Annotation will only pick the point if it's visible in the Viewport....
I tried the ME10 command CREATE_VIEWPORT to create an extra Viewport, but this makes a mess, because it seems to make a mix of 2 Viewports in one.... (sounds confusing? Well, it certainly LOOKS confusing...).
Is there a way of having 2 Viewports in Annotation? Then we could zoom in on the datum point in one Viewport, while zooming in on another part of the Flat View in the other Viewport.
Thanks!
Regards,
Jaap
