About Drawing Manager

Now I must open the drawing manager in ME10 of 2005 version. And I can open the workspace of drawing manager ,but I can't find the toolbar of WorkSpace in Me10. So I can do nothing about such as save and bom so on.
How can I set up? And how do the bom editor in Me 10. Maybe you can give some help or some files to me. Thanks a lot.

What is the language settings of your computer ?
If it is not english, you have to create a sub directory in the local language.
