Co-relation

Hi Dear all
I am having two progammes to generate two different parts in OSD. But some of the inputs in dialog boxes are matching with each other. Becuase the First part is dependent on the second one.
Is there any possibility to co-relate both the programmes to eliminate entering the same inputs twice.
