I studied the Modle manager and now find a question. The attached picture is a error in the process of delete the parts in Workmanager. I don't know how I can handle it. Please help me and thank you!

This error might mean that there is a parent link to another element that may not be changed, for example another released part, or it might be added to a packet.

but I do like that I create a new packet no modle. I want to delete the packet but now don't success. The attached file is error. And you said the modle maybe link to the packet, How can I check it's link where?

This is a problem of Access Control List. You must control if the user have the unmaster permission in this ACL for the element you want delete. In the attach the ACL : DEFAULT0 is only an example.

You do not search ALID but ELID and then the associated ALID. By default the associated ALID of an element is the default ALID of the element in the origin class, see example for MASTERDATA class.
