3DAccess problem

I've installed 3DAccess in XP (11.60 and 12), but i can't use it, because there is a problem when it initialized.

Appear this error:

A viewport with the name "vport1" does not exists.


Is there any solution?

I have seen a similar error in Modeling. I believe it was caused by graphics card or driver issues which prevented opening of a 3D viewport. You might want to try upgrading to the latest graphics driver, or setting the following environment variable in Windows (right click My Computer, Properties, Advanced, Environment Variables).
