Hello all!
Has anyone faced problems with gaps in a surface attached to a curved edge?

I have attached a bmp image(zipped) to show it better.

I have tried all the options-Reintersect,Grow,Insert,even skin (by splitting the edges),but it has not helped.

I have even tried refining the part and face accuracy, but that has not helped either.

Eagerly awaiting any suggestion!
Regards
Rishi

Hi rishimad,

when i look at the picture, it really looks like just a facetting problem.

"I have even tried refining the part and face accuracy, but that has not helped either."

How fine are Your settings now? Sometimes the gaps don't close if You are not as fine as 0.1 degrees and .001 Millimeters. Or switch the standard part facet accuracy from 36 to a value of 200 if You are working with freeform parts. But be carefull, this setting is agressively memory-consuming!

please post if this helped :)

greetings from Stuttgart, Germany,
