Parametric Relations

I'm not be able to move the conical surface along its axis modifying both relations dist1 and dia1. Is this possible? Otherwise I think that is a good idea that the parametric modul work to solve this problem. Also I'm not be able to modify the angle of conical surface the relation angle not focusing on conical surface but only its axis.
